This package uses code that has been implemented by Marco Blickensdorf and Sören Totzauer in 2015. The package is an implementation of the cell track analysis from Zeinab (please read https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article/comments?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0080808)

It takes tracks (time ordered points in 2d or 3d) and computes various measures for it: asphericity, confinement ratio, displacement ratio and outreach ratio (abbreviated CAOD).

This package computes these measures.
